-    YKK zippers are used in all the BUSH bags (YKK offer lifetime guarantee on item)
-    Lacquered hardware are used to prevent discoloring/tarnishing
-    Waterproof linings are used in all the BUSH Kangaroo Leather bags. This prevents leather from staining if spillage occurs on the inside

BUSH WARRANTY: The bags have a card inside wich says 1 year guarantee (for manufacturing faults of component failure).
We have extent the guarantee to lifetime free mechanical maintenance meaning that if something breaks on the bag in its lifetime, we will repair it for free. This is better than the Rolls Royce warranty!
For example, if someone from Overseas buys our bag and they have something break on the bag (anytime), they must return it to us as per address on the BUSH guarantee card or swing tag. On receipt of the faulty we repair it for free and return to them for free with a gift.
We do not allow shops to replace a faulty bag with a new one, rather we repair and return the repaired bag to the customer at our cost.

Returning Used Items During the 30-Day Warranty Period

Item must be clean and dry;
Customer must not have made any attempts to personally repair the item, and
All broken or damaged parts must be present.

If you are not satisfied with the fit, size, color or style of your purchase, you may exchange it for another item on our site or receive a refund of the purchase price. For up to 365 days from the purchase date, Crazy Sheep will process a refund or exchange your purchase.

To initiate your return/exchange, you must contact our Customer Support department at return@crazysheep.com. In your e-mail, please indicate the following:

• Reason for return

We will promptly reply to you with the list of additional documentation required (a copy of your ID, completed return/exchange form - found on the reverse side of your packing slip).
