All goods purchased from our online store are covered by a 30-Day Warranty, effective EITHER the date of merchandise receipt by customer OR, for seasonal merchandise, the start of the appropriate season.Returning Used Items During the 30-Day Warranty Period
The following conditions apply to all returns of used items during the 30-day warranty period:
- Invoice/packing slip for the original purchase must be present;
- Item must be clean and dry;
- Customer must not have made any attempts to personally repair the item, and
- All broken or damaged parts must be present.

In your letter or message, please describe the exact nature of product quality/defects. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
